At Stages Two and Three you will choose from a wide range of English Period Modules, which allow for the in-depth study of literature in its historical context, and research-driven English Special Modules, which concentrate on specific literary or cultural topics. You will also study a range of History of Art modules exploring art, architecture or theory in relation to a particular period, geography, theme or concept.
You can also take a module in a foreign literature studied partly in its own language.
