第一年必修课

All students will learn how to teach children of their specified age range. This will be learned through a wide variety of sessions in University covering all areas of the curriculum and focusing on the skills needed to become an effective teacher; a teaching experience in each term and a range of other experiences both in schools and in the wider community.

Students opt for a specialist area of study from a range of options presented early in the course.
For Primary with French students this specialist area will be French and they will complete focused work at University and in schools to develop their skills in teaching this subject alongside all other areas of the curriculum.
